The Meeting Place Church:

We are a Worshipping Church.  Worship has always and continues to be a vital part of our congregation.  Worship draws the Presence of the Lord as He inhabits the praises of His people. 

We are a Presence Church.  We desire the Presence of the Lord to be in our services. We welcome the Holy Spirit and desire that the gifts work in our lives individually as well as in our services.

We are a Ministry Church.  We believe that the gospel is more than words.  Jesus came to save, baptise in the Holy Spirit, heal, and deliver.  The great commission commands us to do the works of Jesus. Jesus continues to save, heal, and deliver people from oppression today. 

We are a Praying Church.  We are praying for an awakening in our nation beginning with the church. Without this awakening, we are simply lost.  The days are dark as more churches turn  completely  away from the truths of God's word and the love of many continues to grow cold.  We believe that we are indeed in the days where the wheat is being separated from the chaff. As a church, we continue to cry out to God in repentance and we ask for his mercy for the church in America and our nation.

Core beliefs

The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God.

God is the creator of the universe and exists as God the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is God, the Son, the second person of the trinity. He was born of a virgin, led a sinless life, performed many miracles, died on the cross for our sins, and was resurrected on the third day. 

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity.  He indwells the repentant believer and guides believers into all truth. 

The baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues as well as all gifts of the spirit are available for all believers and are needed by the church as never before.

Salvation is a free gift but there must be repentance (turning away from sin) and faith in Jesus Christ.
